We spent about half a day exploring downtown Miami before checking into our hotel for the night where the boys watched part of the Seattle-SF game with their dad on FaceTime explaining everything that was going on. Thank goodness for technology and the Internet!
The next day, we had a bit of time before heading to the airport so we took one last ride on the Metromover to see the AmericanAirlines Arena from afar. When we got to the airport, we found our flight was delayed by a couple hours. With nowhere to go and nothing to do, the boys rolled an orange around with their grandfather while we waited.
Then, finally, it was time to go home.
