Week of: January 13 - January 19
We spent most of this week at home with a few little outings towards the end of the week. Andrew was back to school this week so it was just me and the boys.
Nathan had been requesting homemade chocolate chip cookies for a while so I finally made them. I just remembered I was going to include the recipe in this week's spread but clearly I don't have any space left so I'll tuck it in behind that bottom left insert and attach it with a paperclip to indicate there's something hidden.
Later in the week, we made a surprise trip to the water play park, watched a couple movies at the State Library of Queensland, made a cardboard robot at the GOMA, met up with friends at a park and hit up the Lifeline Bookfest. Keeping the boys busy and entertained was the name of the game.
Here's a detailed look at the cookie inserts. I had a lot of fun playing with the lettering and I'm loving my tiny attacher and wood veneers right now.
This was a pretty simple and straight-forward week.
Looking good, Bernice!
