Parents, please, please teach your children the basics of using tools and being financially responsible. Please.

Today, I witnessed a guy attempt to assemble a ride-on toy for his child, make a mistake and then try to rectify the mistake but ended up damaging it further instead.

Then, his plan of action was to dispose of this expensive toy and purchase a new one to replace the one he originally ruined.

Please, someone tell me I'm not the only one who is completely shocked by this guy's actions.
